Maryland was allotted twelve delegates to the Green Party National Convention in 2004. The number of delegates was based on a formula which took into account the State electoral vote, the number of Greens elected 2000 through 2003, and the State's Green Party voting strength. Delegates were elected by the membership at the Maryland Green Party Assembly on June 5, 2004. Ten delegates attended the convention.
